I'm so glad you do, really ;U; ♥ I use Paint Shop Pro X2~ I think I remember you saying you use SAI? I'm not at all sure if there's any similarities in the two there, but I'll go ahead and tell you what works in PSP ;u; It's pretty easy; I download them, pick the one I wanna use, paint over the parts I want textured with the image on a new layer, and just play around with layer properties and color/contrast/etc. until it looks nice~ But like I said, I dunno if that works the same with what you use XD; I hope it helped some anyway.
